    Altec Lansing Model 6

Hi everyone. I'm new from Houston, Texas. What brought me here was finding my Altec Lansing model 6 speakers while cleaning out a climate controlled storage facility we've had for 20 years. Thinking about selling them. Not sure what they're worth. Interesting forum.

If only you'd opted for the model above. Same mid and HF components as the model 6, but the model 8 uses a better woofer, offers better low end extension and overall better tonal balance.

Sadly, unless it's to an unwitting buyer i think you'll be hard pressed to break the 100 dollar mark with a pair of model 6. There are just too many other good speakers out there that can be had in the same entry fee range in this currently challenging economic climate.
